Our Staff
Yaffa Karan
Yaffa brings 20 years of experience in management, customer service, and bookkeeping to the organization. Her excellent communication skills combined with important organization skills help to make The HoneyDew Improvements your number one stop for all your remodeling needs.
Behind every great company, there’s a great woman! Constantly striving towards improvement, she is always challenging herself and her team to reach greater heights
When not working, Yaffa enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, singing and playing music, and being in nature. On the side, Yaffa also teaches private music lessons and teaches a Fundamentals of Mindfulness course at a local, private high school.
Bryan Karan
Problem-solving and fixing things have always been a Bryan’s passion. From apprenticing over the summers in youth to continuing learning new skills as an adult, his love of all things handy has followed him throughout life.
In 2018, he followed his passion for remodeling and , and opened up a side business doing what he loves. Soon we realized that there was a great need for a reliable, dependable, and affordable contractor, that’s when HoneyDew Improvements was formed.
When not busy as a general contractor and remodeler, Bryan enjoys spending time with family, camping, woodworking, electronic tinkering, barbecuing, cooking, and playing board games.
Crystal Neu
Crystal brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and social media marketing. She also enjoys design on all levels and helped her husband run a successful construction company for the last 15 years. She has a good eye for what colors and textures work best in different spaces. She’s knowledgeable in all the processes of home renovation and has seen several projects to completion.
In her spare time, Crystal is married with two daughters. She enjoys traveling with her family and has been working her way through visiting all the National Parks in the United States. Photography is another one of her passions and she has never met an art project she hasn’t enjoyed, she definitely has a creative mind and enjoys the challenge of bringing unique ideas to fruition. She’s always ready to lend a hand to any member of the team so that the customer experience is always a 5 star experience. You will always find her laughing, and telling jokes, because she believes life is better if your laughing.
Sruli Kastel
Sruli is enthusiastic to be a member of the HoneyDew Improvements team. Before joining HoneyDew, Sruli spent his summers working as a plumber apprentice. It was through this apprenticeship that he realized his passion for working in the trades. He enjoys being able to work with his hands while honing his skills in the trades.
When Sruli is not working, he enjoys listening to music, playing video games, and spending time with Topaz, his family pet bird.
