Cancellation Policy

We ask if you or anyone in your household is under the weather, please cancel the appointment.

We will not charge a cancellation fee, and we would be happy to reschedule the work when you’re feeling better

Personal Protection Equipment

Our professionals will wear CDC recommended masks when entering your home.

Illness

If any of our techs are ill, or exhibiting symptoms, they will not enter your home.

Payments

We have touch-less payment available for your convenience.

Invoices, as always, are emailed. Secure payments can be made online, using a credit card. All major credit cards accepted.

Social Distancing

We will maintain a safe social distance when in your home.

Even though you may not see it through the mask, we will always offer a friendly smile and a wave.

Virtual Estimates

We will continue to offer virtual estimates for our customers.

Estimates can be done in person or over the internet. Through methods like pictures through email, zoom, facetime, etc, we have the ability to provide estimates without even entering your home. Feel free to contact us for your free estimate today!
